Eastbourne & District Choirs Association

We are a Lewes based quire of about twenty keen amateur
singers and instrumentalists who keep alive the music that was performed in our rural churches and
non-conformist chapels between 1700 – 1850. Our repertoire also includes secular items and Shape
Note singing – the American derivative of the British West Gallery music. A non-auditioned quire,
often performing in period costume we are of all and no religious persuasions.
